Communication is the cornerstone of our daily lives—but communication is more than the words we say. The presentation will focus on introducing the concept of professional civility, outlining the neuroscience behind being “civil”, and giving the audience tips on how to cultivate and maintain civil workplaces. The presentation content will draw from Christine Porath’s book ‘Mastering Civility’.
