On September 15th, members of the Omaha Local Section gathered for the first in-person event since early winter of 2019. This time, we visited the Infusion Brewing Company – a local brewery with a unique dedication to collection and preservation of artefacts related to the history of brewing locally and nationally.
Members were offered an interesting guided tour of the brewery with some tasking along the way, and later gathered in a private taproom to enjoy some craft beer, pizza, and company of friends and colleagues. It was also a great opportunity for everyone to meet some of the 2021 Officers face-to-face, and discuss the upcoming events and plans. With a quite nice turnout of members and their guests, the event was definitely a success, and we are looking forward to see our members engaged in our future events!
